My problems w/ Spectrum. When I was asked what services I wanted, I told him TV, Internet and landline telephone, & keep my current telephone number. He has cancelled my service with Consolidated Communications, even though I do not yet have the cable installed! No landline.

@MyCCITweets get someone answering tech support line now. Just because your internet is unstable as always doesnt mean its ok for you to screw up my work. GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER CALLS NOW BEEN WAITING 20 MINUTES SO FAR

@nighdruth @MyCCITweets It's not that, not even close to the situation here, the techs know where the issue is coming from and it is a problem. I've been working from home here since February and not had this issue before, it's also a direct line from my house to the home office where the signal is.

@MyCCITweets You promise no contract but when we cancel your service because of too many outages you charge $99 and say you have no record of outages!! Laughable! I’ll make sure everyone in my subdivision and surrounding knows how ***** you treat customers.. FORMER CUSTOMERS!
