Since 2013 trailer decking flooring has been a popular requests of ours. 1000s of trailers have been served and our good reputation has put us on the map as a worthy go to service for decking sales and quality installation service. We would be happy to serve you.
We are positioned in Alto, Texas halfway between Dallas and Houston along the highway 69 through way. Much of the USA trucking industry is within reach of our facility. We have had trailers as far away as Pennsylvania plan out when they are out this direction and stop to get their trailer deck installed with new decking.
We offer truck shipping through out the USA. You could qualify for low cost affordable delivery. If you have a worthy amount or other wood product orders are being delivered in your state or along the route we can clump them together and save you money. If you are in no particular hurry we can put you on our trucking logistics waiting list to make this happen. (To explain more, along with trailer decking lumber we also deliver to the public by truck pine V-Joint and shiplap paneling, solid hardwood and pine flooring and siding. Different customers request our products far and wide. If you or someone you know needs any of these wood products please feel free to ask us.) With that said feel free to call, we may be able to put your trailer decking lumber with a load of paneling or something going to a different customer and there by save you money.
You want to pick up the lumber yourself or bring your trailer to be serviced? The distance from our mill manufacturing facility and trailer repair shop in Alto, Texas to your location may seem far. If it is a worthy amount of lumber or installation work needed for your trailer a day trip drive can be well worth it. Oak is an affordable option when it comes to trailer flooring.
🔩We provide trailer deck installation service at our facility in East Texas.
We strip off old worn out decking, at this stage we can perform any necessary metal welding or grinding, replace the deck surface with new boards drilling through the oak planking and into the metal support cross members designed for supporting the decking and securing it to the frame. We use high quality star bit self tapping screws We are able to coat your desk with any desired stain or oil.
The majority of the trailer decks we service are flat bed trailers. We also work on Dry Vans, Box Trucks, Railroad Car and Cargo Container floors. For these interior deck floors we perform redecking service, patch repairs, floor restoration, resurfacing, sealing and applying flooring coatings.
Our trailer decking repair facility offers covered work bays and is located at our sawmill facility.
We cut high quality durable oak wood decking for semi trailers, low boy heavy equipment hauling trailers, livestock haulers, utility trailers, dump truck sideboards, friction nailer boards for metal trailer decks, decking for home porches, ramps, industrial gang ways, scaffolding planking, livestock corrals and more.
Oak trailer decking is strong and has good shock resistance elasticity properties. It is a good weather resistant decking lumber. It comes in as a good local alternative to the highly priced imported tropical woods as Apitong ( Keruing ), Teak and Purple Heart. These indeed are premium materials that are strong and long lasting but often are many times higher in price than what we offer. Trailer decking is suspended off the ground and has good airflow around it. Many find oak lumber very satisfactory. It with stands the weather longer than pressure treated pine decking. It accepts rugged wear and weight even as it ages.
We select high grade oak logs for all our material.
We manufacture 2 different types of solid oak trailer flooring.
(1) Rough Cut. This is our most popular request. We are diligent to keep very tight tolerance of exactly the dimension you need. We cut our boards with thin kurf band saw sawmills which makes for a surprisingly smooth surface. After repeated use, boards basically become naturally smooth.
(2) Shaped / Molded Oak Lumber product. We offer a few different styles of shiplap and tongue and groove oak decking in a variety of thickness. All shaped lumber is kiln dried.

We cut lumber 8 foot to trailer length decking up to 32 feet long. We can cut up to 3” or greater thickness and as wide needed within reason. Generally 12” widths is our maximum width. We can cut custom orders to meet your specifications. Let us know the material you need and we will prepare your lumber for you, true dimensions for your needs.
