Summer days are fun and lazy. You don’t have the rush to get kids from school and then to after school activities. But those days are over. Now our days are packed with scheduled activities with very little time for important things like dinner.

I hate eating out. It’s so bad for you and it can be expensive – but it’s quick. My biggest money-saving tip is to make a plan. Know what each day of the week looks like and plan a dinner according to the day’s activities.

If you have never made a meal plan – now is the time to start! Once you have done it a few times, it gets easier and you will love having meals ready for you to prepare each night.

If you are baking chicken thighs bake about 45-50minutes (180*). If you are baking chicken breasts (170*) it will take about55- 60minutes.
