@m_stamper @WOWCare @GetSpectrum Pretty sure ATT is to blame for the issues. Their trucks are the ones out here along with some generic company. @ATT was in my neighborhood and cut my cable cord. @WOWCare needs to be more transparent about whose at fault.

@GetSpectrum I am headed back to @dish! You’re salesperson lied to me repeatedly about the services he was selling me. I still have a $9.99 charge (for 3 months now) for a phone I NEVER ordered and wasn’t even hooked up!!! No one will take it off my bill!!!

@Ask_Spectrum added services in April. Still can’t get a $9.99 phone charge off my account. Never adked for it, never had it installed, couldnt use it if I had it- no jacks in my house. But you keep charging me and no representative will credit me!!!

My @Ask_Spectrum signal on channels 201-203 is quite awful. The picture digitizes and isn’t very clear at all. Any suggestions other than rebooting the box - I’ve done that.

@DCSpidey4 TWC did that. Spectrum post-merger doesn't. "I'm cancelling because your service is too expensive" gets responded to with "Cool, here's where you can drop off your modem and router." I've negotiated promo pricing with Comcast and TWC too.

@Ask_Spectrum This is one of many reasons I'm fighting for municipal internet. There's no good excuse for the infrastructure to be so bad that an outage can affect three states. And how do you leave large areas without internet for 5+ hours without releasing any real information?

I don’t understand when you trying to cancel your service your on hold for more than 30min. But when you owe them they call , text and email @GetSpectrum I been literally on the phone 40+ minutes just to cancel my service. #spectrum
